Short version: Lethal Dose does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device.
Who we are
Lethal Dose (LD50) is developed by Honilusion. If you have questions about this policy or the app, contact us at ld50tox@gmail.com.
Data collection
Lethal Dose is an offline study application. It does not require an account, does not connect to the internet during normal use, and does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information with us or with any third party.
What's stored on your device
The app saves the following information locally, using Android's on-device storage. This data is never transmitted anywhere:
- Quiz answers and question performance history, used to power the adaptive review and readiness score
- Starred flash cards
- Personal notes you write per category
- Study session timestamps, used for streaks and study-time tracking
- Achievement and mock exam history
- Your selected text-to-speech voice preference
Permissions
Lethal Dose does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or files. Text-to-speech playback uses Android's built-in speech engine and does not require network access.
Third parties
The app does not integrate any analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs, and does not share data with any third party, because no data leaves your device in the first place.
Children's privacy
Lethal Dose is intended for professional board exam candidates and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age, since it collects no information at all.
Data deletion
Because all data lives in the app's local database, you can remove it entirely at any time by uninstalling the app, or clear specific progress using the reset options inside Settings.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes — for example, if a future version adds an optional feature that requires network access — we'll update this page and the in-app version notes before that feature ships.
Disclaimer
Lethal Dose is an independent study aid created to help candidates prepare for the American Board of Toxicology (ABT) certification exam. It is not produced, endorsed, or affiliated with the ABT.
